Join IWC for a powerful concert celebrating DIVAS: the goddesses, literal and figurative, who have changed our world! Enjoy familiar songs from divas of the musical stage, including Judy Garland, Carole King, Lady Gaga, Laura Mvula, Dolly Parton, and Sweet Honey in the Rock. Revel in the energy of songs like “Moon Goddess,” with ancient text in praise of the moon goddess Inanna, and “They May Tell You,” praising the strength of everyday women who live in their own fullness. Be soothed by glorious liturgical music from the Republic of Georgia and Bobby McFerrin’s reflective setting of the 23rd Psalm, dedicated to his mother.
