COVID-19 remains in our region, and we thank all concert attendees for putting one another’s health at the forefront of their minds as we come together to celebrate music and community. For our May 14-15 concert,
All patrons ages 5 and up are required to be fully vaccinated or show a negative PCR test administered no more than 72 hours prior to the performance.
Masks are also required for all patrons ages 3 and up.
“Full vaccination” means that either 14 days have passed since receiving the second dose of FDA or WHO authorized double-dose vaccines or that 14 days have passed since receiving the sole dose of FDA or WHO authorized single-dose vaccines. Booster doses are also strongly encouraged for those eligible. To learn more and to schedule a vaccination appointment in Indiana, please visit www.coronavirus.in.gov/vaccine/.
To make the process as streamlined as possible, as well as to offer options for those concerned with privacy, patrons ages 5 and up may present vaccine verification in one of the ways listed below. Patrons younger than 5 years of age are not eligible for vaccines and therefore not required to show proof of vaccination.
A digital photo of your vaccine card shown via smartphone (with a photo ID for ages 18 and up.)
The physical vaccine card (with a photo ID for ages 18 and up.)
An official government certificate of vaccination. (Indiana residents may click here to access a certificate of vaccination.)
Patrons or volunteers who do not comply with this requirement will not be admitted to IWC performances but may request a refund or credit for a future performance by emailing the Artistic Administrative Assistant at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tickets are only eligible for refund due to unexpected illness. For information regarding exchanges, refunds, transferring your tickets to another party, and ticket donations, please email email@example.com.
